Due to the nature of our products and fulfillment process, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

Change of mind
Ordering the wrong item
No longer wanting the product
Incorrect size or color selected by the customer

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@virellotrend.com.

Please include:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos of the product and packaging

After reviewing your claim, we may offer a replacement or another appropriate resolution at our discretion.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed. Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
